The ICCS® is an online career development system designed to support your clients wherever they are in the career development process.
This online system provides a powerful way to help your clients to make choices, set priorities and manage their career. Important themes are identified and lead to the creation of personalised career plans.
The training involves 6-7 sessions with homework activities and readings in-between each session. Training is facilitated by various means depending on your location and can be delivered via Skype and face-to-face.
